Why does RFK Jr want to do a study about vaccines and autism? After all, we already have plenty of studies that show vaccines are not associated with autism.

Of course we don’t!
Apparently, though, RFK Jr doesn’t like any of the studies that have already been done. And you can likely guess the reason.
“There is no correlation between autism and vaccines. This has been confirmed through dozens of scientific studies examining different types of vaccines and different vaccine timing schedules. Researchers have also studied thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative used in many vaccines, to see if it had any relation to autism. The results are clear: The data show no relationship between vaccines, thimerosal and autism.”

All the studies prove he is wrong and show that vaccines are not associated with autism.
Well, all the studies except the poorly done studies pushed by anti-vaccine influencers.
Still not convinced?
Then consider these questions:
- Why are there unvaccinated kids with autism?
- Why did autism rates increase at about the same time in countries with very different immunization schedules? Japan, for example, stopped using the MMR vaccine in 1993 and has a 20-year vaccine gap with vaccines used in the United States. And many countries, like Iceland, don’t routinely give infants the hepatitis B vaccine. They still had the same rise in autism rates that we have seen in the United States.
- If vaccines cause autism, then why don’t the counties with the highest immunization rates have the highest rates of autism?
- If you believe that thimerosal in vaccines causes autism, then why did autism rates continue to rise after thimerosal was removed from most vaccines and why did the rates of autism similarly increase in Sweden and Denmark, where they used few vaccines with thimerosal and stopped them all in 1992?
- Why didn’t Brian Hooker’s paper (the CDC Whistleblower paper which ended up being retracted), find an association between the MMR vaccine and autism in everyone, not just the small subset of African American males?
- Why do home video studies of parents who believe their children regressed after a vaccine dose often find evidence that they had signs of autism before they were vaccinated?
- Why did autism rates begin to rise in the early 1980s before there were any big additions to the immunization schedule?
And the most important question of all — after all these years, why are we still talking about vaccines and autism?!?
